Sunflower Gardens, established August 3, 2004, is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) located in Monroe County on the southwest side of Bloomington, Indiana. The Sunflower Gardens neighborhood is not a condominium development because it does not have any common areas or commonly held property or improvements. Owners of each unit pay a relatively small annual assessment for lawn care and for the services of the property management company it employs. Otherwise, Owners are responsible for all taxes, improvements, repairs and maintenance, and any other costs of owning their unit. Click here for additional information about ownership in the neighborhood.

Entrance to Sunflower Gardens is located immediately across from Summit Elementary School, and close to the “to-be-completed-in-mid-2018” entrance to I-69 at Tapp Road.
